Can I display IDX listings on my real estate website?
The first step in getting an IDX website is to ensure that you qualify for one. Each local board has their own rules, so you need to contact your local board office. Typically, your broker decides whether your office will participate in IDX. It is also possible that your broker may get to determine whether you, as an agent, may display IDX listings on your personal agent site.
Phone or email us and provide us with the name and contact information of your local MLS board and we can determine if you qualify to have IDX listings on your website and help you obtain the necessary paperwork.
What if I am not eligible?
If you are not able to display IDX listings, we are still able to develop an effective website for you, along with the benefit of a mobile website.
